Welcome

Beloved

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
― Anais Nin

Why work with me?

Sister,  I welcome you into Rahm Collective.
While my own faith and lineage inform the depth, care, and reverence with which I hold space, there is no belief system required of you here. This work is spiritual. What matters is your willingness to listen inwardly, to soften into your body, and to meet yourself honestly.

Rahm Collective is a womb-centred healing practice for women with wombs, rooted in five guiding principles:

Vulnerability – allowing yourself to be seen without performance
Healing – honouring what is ready to be tended, gently
Authenticity – returning to your own truth rather than inherited narratives
Connectedness – to body, womb, lineage, and lived experience
Wholeheartedness – meeting yourself with compassion, not correction

These principles form the foundation of my work.

Through intentional womb–heart work, we begin to unravel what has been silenced, stored, or shaped by expectation. You are invited to reconnect with both your physical womb and your spiritual womb; the centre of creativity, memory, intuition, and life force. As this connection deepens, confidence rises naturally, shame softens, and desire is no longer something to control or suppress, but something to understand and integrate with care.

This work is not about becoming someone else.
It is about discerning your deeper intentions beneath societal influence, and allowing the woman you already are to emerge - slowly, honestly, safely.

What To Expect in our sessions?

Upon your first booking, you will receive an intake form to complete beforehand. This helps me meet you with presence and context.

When we first meet, we begin simply; with conversation. A grounding, unhurried arrival into the space. From there, we move into what I call sister holding: a compassionate container where you are invited to speak, feel, or rest as needed. Sessions are multi-modal, which means that depending on your need, i offer a healing modality that best suits you. Throughout our time together, we regularly tune into your womb as a point of guidance.

What is your body communicating today?
What is asking to be felt, named, or witnessed?

There is no fixed agenda imposed on your healing. The session unfolds in dialogue with your body, your nervous system, and your lived experience.

I draw from a wide range of holistic and embodied practices. Depending on your needs, a session may include:

Womb-centred and pelvic spiritual healing | Energetic and somatic release | Sound healing | Breathwork and guided visualisation | Movement and gentle yoga | Chakra and energy work | Shadow work and emotional integration | Metaphysical anatomy perspectives | Ancestral and womb shamanic practices | Supportive modalities such as yoni steaming | Natural medicines, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance | Oracle card readings and intuitive insight | Meditation, affirmations, and ritual practices | Coaching, education, and reflective dialogue

Every session is shaped around you... your capacity, your boundaries, your readiness.

After our session

After our time together, you may be given simple home practices to support ongoing integration. Depending on the session, you may also receive resources for reflection or learning.

My intention is not to create dependency, but to equip you with tools to listen to your own inner healer and trust your sacral intuition. Between sessions, I remain available for email or WhatsApp support, should you need gentle guidance or grounding.

Who is it for?

Rahm Collective is a healing space for women with wombs, including:

  • menstruating women

  • women with irregular cycles

  • women navigating reproductive illness

  • women who no longer bleed

  • women healing from loss

  • women reconnecting with their feminine energy

  • women seeking spiritual depth through embodied practices

Your work centres the anatomical womb as portal, memory, centre — and this should be stated clearly but gently.

Weaving as healing

Creation is not separate from this work. I also weave, crochet, and craft as part of my spiritual and healing practice. Thread, fibre, and repetition become grounding tools. These are ways of settling the body, soothing the nervous system, and anchoring intention.

In Rahm Collective, weaving is both metaphor and method: healing as a slow re-stitching, a patient return to wholeness.

Some sessions, resources, or ritual objects may include crafted elements — created with care, intention, and presence.
